KITTITAS COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />STUDY SESSION STAFF REPORT <br />SESSION DATE: March 13, 2017 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Set a Public Hearing to Consider Leasing Lot <br />H-31 of the Kittitas County Airport Binding Site <br />Plan. <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Public Works is requesting the Board set a <br />public hearing to consider a lease within the <br />Airport Binding Site Plan specifically Lot H-31 <br />(.39 Acres —16,988.4 Sq. Ft) to Sierra Romeo, <br />LLC to construct a private airplane hangar. <br />INTERACTION: <br />Public Works; Neil Caulkins; Ron Mitchell <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Move to Approve the Notice of Public Hearing <br />for April 4, 2017 at 2pm, to Consider a Lease <br />for Lot H-31 of the Kittitas County Airport <br />Binding Site Plan. <br />HANDLING: <br />Return one copy to Public Works <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Notice of Public Hearing; Map <br />LEAD STAFF- <br />Mark Cook <br />Public Works Director <br />
