Kittitas County Human Resources <br />205 W 5th Ave Suite 107 • Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br />Phone: (509) 962-7082 • Fax: (509)962-7083 <br />Website: www.co.kittitas.wa.us • Email: hr@co.kittitas.wa.us <br />MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br />BETWEEN KITTITAS COUNTY AND TEAMSTERS LOCAL 760 (LINE) <br />FOR CORRECTIONS TO THE 2017-2021 COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT <br />This Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") is entered into between Kittitas County and Teamsters <br />Local 760 (Line), for the purpose of establishing the following: <br />After ratification of the 2017-2021 Union Contract a data entry error was discovered in Appendix "A" as <br />follows: <br />Position Current 1/1/2017 7/1/2018 1/1/2019 1/1/2020 1/1/2021 <br />The correct effective date for 2018 wage increases is 1/1/2018. <br />The correct reference is contained in Article 25.2 of the current CBA: <br />ARTICLE 25 — SALARIES CLASSIFICATIONS — WAGE RATES — OTHER PROVISIONS <br />25.2 Effective January 1, 2018, and for each remaining year of the contract, wages will increase by 100% <br />of CPI All Urban Consumers West — Class Size B/C, August to August, with a 2.5% floor and a 4% <br />ceiling. <br />This MOU corrects the errors noted above, and the rest of the contract remains unaltered. <br />By acceptance and signature below, both parties agree that these solutions were reached through <br />mutual understanding. <br />DATED this 3rd day of March, 2017. <br />FOR THE UNION: <br />Leonard Crouch, Secretary/Treasurer <br />O'Brien, Commissioner <br />11 Page <br />
