02/07/2017 MINUTES 7 RESOLUTION 2017-032 CLERF TO ASPEN ESTATES PUBLIC WORKS Approve Resolution No. 2017-032 for County Road Project No. 275-17, for No. 81 Road from MP 0.00 to MP 0.53 adding additional width to the existing roadway in order to facilitate non-motorized traffic from Clerf Road to Aspen Estates. RESOLUTION 2017-033 PROFESSIONAL SERVICES PUBLIC WORKS Approve Resolution No. 2017-033, Authorizing the Public Works Director’s Signature for Professional Civil Structural and Construction Engineering Services Contract and to Authorize Limited Public Works Signature Authority, for Task Orders Totaling Less than $50,000.00 per project. RESOLUTION 2017-034 TANEUM ROAD PUBLIC WORKS Approve Resolution No. 2017-034 for County Road Project No. 274-17, for Taneum Road from MP 3.80 to MP 4.00 repairing a portion of the roadway that has washed out, construct slope stabilization, re-align, and re- establish two lanes of traffic. RESOLUTION 2017-035 PROFESSIONAL SERVICES PUBLIC WORKS Approve Resolution No. 2017-035, Authorizing the Public Works Director’s Signature for Professional Environmental, Archaeological, and Planning Services Contract and to Authorize Limited Public Works Signature Authority, for Task Orders Totaling Less than $50,000.00 per project. AGREEMENTS LODGING TAX SERVICES AGREEMENTS COMMISSIONERS Approve the 2017 Lodging Tax Services Agreements No. LT 2017-001 through LT 2017-026, as awarded by Resolution No. 2016-176, approved during the December 20, 2016 Agenda Session. AGREEMENT U.S. FOREST SERVICE COMMISSIONERS Approve a Collection Agreement between Kittitas County and United States Department of Agriculture, U.S. Forest Service Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest Cle Elum Ranger District, in the amount of $12,000.00 for the period July 4, 2016 through July 4, 2017.
