RESOLUTION 2017-024 ELMVIEW – AMENDMENT PUBLIC HEALTH Approve Resolution No. 2017-024, Authorizing the Public Health Administrator to sign an Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas County and Elmview increasing the payment rate for Community Access from $30.00 per service hour to $32.00 per service hour beginning January 1, 2017.
