792 -CH COURTHOUSE UNION <br />be determined at the sole discretion of the elected official or department head <br />in whose department such employee is employed. The employee may be <br />terminated. <br />23.4 The posting announcement shall contain at a minimum the following <br />information: <br />1) The department where the opening exists; <br />2) Classification specifications; <br />3) Job title; <br />4) Salary range and entry level; <br />5) Date of posting; <br />6) Last day applications will be received; <br />7) Qualifications required for the position, <br />experience. <br />i.e., education, training, skills, <br />ARTICLE XXIV - LONGEVITY <br />Longevity pay, in addition to wages, shall be paid as follows: <br />After 7 years employment <br />$35.00 per month <br />After 10 years employment <br />$45.00 per month <br />After 15 years employment <br />$55.00 per month <br />After 20 years employment <br />$70.00 per month <br />After 25 years employment <br />$85.00 per month <br />ARTICLE XXV — DRUG TESTING <br />25.1 Purpose - The County has a strong commitment to provide a safe work <br />environment for its employees and to establish programs promoting high <br />standards of employee health and safety. Consistent with that commitment, this <br />Agreement establishes prohibitions regarding alcohol and controlled substances <br />and the right of the County to screen or test employees to determine the <br />presence of alcohol and/or controlled substances. <br />25.2 Prohibition Regarding Alcohol and/or Controlled Substances. <br />(a) The unauthorized use, sale, transfer or possession of alcohol, drugs, <br />controlled substances and/or "mood altering" substances (except the <br />possession or use of prescribed medication, verifiable by a current, properly <br />issued prescription) during work hours (including meal and rest periods), on <br />County property, in County vehicles, or in personal vehicles while conducting <br />Page <br />25 <br />
