792 -CH COURTHOUSE UNION <br />17.4 Should state or federal legislation require the employer to alter pertinent <br />sections of the agreement, the County will provide as much advance notice as <br />possible to the Union Representative and Union President. <br />ARTICLE XVIII - WAGES <br />18.1 Wages shall be paid in accordance with the Courthouse Classification and Salary <br />Schedule, set forth in Appendix "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br />this reference. <br />A. Effective January 1, 2017, all wage scales will be increased by three <br />percent (3%). <br />B. Effective January 1, 2018, all wage scales will be increased by one point <br />two five percent (1.25%). <br />C. Effective July 1, 2018, all wage scales will be increased by one point two <br />five percent (1.25%). <br />D. Effective January 1, 2019, all wage scales will be increased by one point <br />two five percent (1.25%). <br />E. Effective July 1, 2019, all wage scales will be increased by one point two <br />five percent (1.25%). <br />ARTICLE XIX — EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATIONS <br />Management and the Union recognize that employee job performance evaluations are <br />productive and useful tools for both parties. The following are guidelines to be used <br />during employee performance evaluations: <br />19.1 Department Heads or elected officials and immediate supervisors will perform <br />employee performance evaluations. <br />19.2 Evaluations may be requested by either management or employees but at a <br />minimum will be given once yearly on or about the employee's anniversary of <br />position date (as defined in section 12.7). <br />19.3 Change to job description and evaluation formats will be communicated with the <br />Union Representative for comment and input. <br />Page <br />19 <br />
