ORIGINAL <br />C -S ISR _ CONSULTING <br />First Amendment to Test Rental and Use Agreement <br />THIS FIRST AMENDMENT (this "Amendment") is made by and between Cooperative Personnel Services dba <br />CPS HR Consulting, ("CPS ") located at 241 Lathrop Way, Sacramento, California, 95815 and the Kittitas <br />County (°Kitt002"1 with offices at 205 West 5`h Ave, Suite 107, Ellensburg, Washington 98926. <br />Whereas, CPS and Client have entered into the Agreement (as defined below), and <br />Whereas, CPS and Client desire to modify the Agreement on the terms and conditions set forth herein; <br />Now, therefore, CPS and Client agree as follows: <br />1. Definitions: The following definitions shall apply to this Amendment: <br />(a) Agreement. The term "Agreement" shall mean the Test Rental and Use Agreement dated December <br />2, 2014 by and between CPS and Client. <br />(b) Other Terms. Terms used and not defined in this Amendment shall have the meanings assigned to <br />such terms in the Agreement. <br />2. Modifications to the Agreement. The Agreement is hereby modified as follows: <br />Exhibit A is replaced by the attached to reflect new authorized representatives and contact <br />information. <br />3. Effective Date. The modifications set forth in Section 2 shall be effective on and after January 5, 2016. <br />4. Legal Effect.
