<br />3) Exempt Overtime/MOU Discussion – Sheriff Dana was present <br />to discuss the use of exempt staff to take overtime details <br />when non-exempt union employees are not available. The <br />Board expressed concern about overworking the Command <br />Staff. The Board asked that this discussion be brought <br />back to the next HR Study Session with the County Auditor. <br /> <br />4) WCIF Master Application – Request to Obtain Signature from <br />Board Chair – HR Director Young asked for Board approval to <br />be able to seek the Chairman’s signature once the WCIF <br />Master Applications for 2016 were complete.
