1/23/2017 MINUTES 2 <br />Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT CLARKE/DYKSTRA – EXTENSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve a Professional Services <br />Agreement Extension with Plauche and Carr LLP Peter Dykstra and Bill <br />Clarke Attorney at Law & Government Affairs with a new end date of <br />June 30, 2017, noting that the monthly fee will be $8,000.00 a <br />month. Commissioner O’Brien seconded. Commissioner Jewell stated <br />that he spoke with the County Prosecutor and they had no issue with <br />the extension.
