1/17/2017 MINUTES 2 <br />signature on two Lease Agreements for Lots 36 & 39 at the Shady <br />Brook Mobile Home Park. Commissioner O’Brien seconded. Motion <br />carried 3-0. <br /> <br />APPROVE SHADY BROOK UNIT 36 COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Jewell presented the BoCC with Work-Order #ACC7877 from <br />Central Washington Property Restorations, LLC in the amount of <br />$2,997.00 for Unit 36 at the Shady Brook Mobile Home Park which <br />would allow for the replacement of the hot water heater, repair <br />damaged subfloor in east bedroom and apply roofing tar up to 100 <br />square feet. <br /> <br />The Board approved Work Order #ACC7877 as presented. <br /> <br />DIRECTION STREAMING MEETINGS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board questioned which meetings the <br />BoCC wanted to stream on-line. She explained that there is a lot of <br />discussion over whether or not certain meetings are or are not going <br />to be streamed and she would like to produce a list so there is no <br />more question. <br /> <br />The Board determined at this time the following meetings would be <br />recorded for live streaming: BoCC Agenda’s, Public & Appeal <br />Hearings; Board of Health; Budget Sessions; DPW & CDS Study <br />Sessions; Hearings Examiner and Planning Commission. Chairman <br />Jewell said he will prepare a Press Release. <br /> <br />OTHER BUSINESS- <br /> <br />Commissioner O’Brien provided the BoCC only a copy of the ALSC- <br />Kittias County Ellensburg Rodeo Arena Seating Draft Design <br />Development Report.
