Chamber director of development
Board ofAnneals:
Mike Flory presented proposal for establishing a Board of Appeals where land owners could appeal decisions made by the
building official. Board would report to the BOC not CDS. This board was in place many years ago but no information can
be found. There are only three known members of the old board, it was suggested that these three members receive courtesy
letters stating the board is being reestablished and if they still would like to serve they are welcome to apply. Discussion
around modeling bylaws around the Road Variance Committee bylaws so there is uniformity between departments. Members
should have a specific term to serve; they should be rotated out to maintain consistency on board. This appeals board will be
separate from fire and code enforcement.
Board Direction: Proposal kicked back to CDS to make some adjustments.
X -Pi". ap>✓..,
Dan Carlson, Director
X
Paul Jewell, Chairmen
COMMUNITY PLANNING • BUILDING INSPECTION • PLAN REVIEW • ADMINISTRATION • PERMIT SERVICES • CODE ENFORCEMENT
