April 25, 2016 <br />TOPIC: ESA Task Order No. 02 for Environmental Permit Services <br />Supporting Design of Teanaway Hydraulic Improvements <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Authorize the Director's Signature on Task Order <br />No. 02 with ESA Supporting the Design of <br />Teanaway Hydraulic Improvements <br />LEAD STAFF: Mark R. Cook <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Authorize the Director's signature on Task Order No. 02 with ESA for <br />environmental permit services supporting design of Teanaway hydraulic <br />improvements. <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Recently, The Board of County Commissioners authorized the Federal Highway <br />Administration Federal Land Access Program grant replacing three culverts and <br />one bridge along Teanaway Road. The grant provides $503,000 in preliminary <br />engineering services and $1,928,239.00 in construction funding. <br />DISCUSSION: <br />Design on the three culverts and one bridge must start immediately.
