Formai Task Assignment Document <br />Task Number 9 <br />The general provisions and clauses of Agreement KITT-2015-2017 shall be in full force and effect for <br />this Task Assignment <br />Location of Project: Kittitas County <br />Project Title: Ringgir Loop Rad SRFB ADDlicati2n <br />Maximum Amount Payable per Task Assignment: S8,844.91(Detailed budget breakdown attached) <br />Contractor: WATERSHED Science & Engineering <br />110 Prefontalne Place South, Suite 508 <br />Seattle, WA 98104 <br />(206) 521-3000 <br />Completion Date: 06130/2016 <br />Description of Work: <br />Introduction <br />The purpose of this Task Order Is to authorize Watershed Science & Engineering (WSE) to assist the Countywith <br />the preparation of a Salmon Recovery Funding Board (SRFB) grant application for the design of decommissioning <br />Ringer Loop Road and restoring more natural floodplain conditions and processes on approximately 40 -acres of <br />agricultural land east of the decommissioned road. WSE previously completed the pre -application for this <br />project under a separate Task Order. <br />WSE Tasks <br />The SRFB grant application process includes a number of opportunities for discussions, project revisions and <br />improvements before the final materials and responses to comments are due to the local Lead Entity on June <br />24, 2016. Further responses and amendments may be required during the state-wide review process prlorto <br />the final funding decision is made in December, 2016, This Task Order assumes that WSE will be completing the <br />work necessary to carry the application process through the local Lead Entity process, which ends at the June 24, <br />2016 due date. WSE understands that the County will be hiring a staff member to takeover the management <br />of this grant, and Is prepared to work with that person to hand-off this application process if, when and to the <br />extent the County desires. <br />Task 1— Full Application in PRISM — Due Aprll 22, 2016 <br />WSE will complete the Full Application in PRISM, the State -managed database for SRFB grant application and <br />management. The information in this Full Application will explain the project goals and objectives, propose <br />metrics for measuring success, describe the proposed budget, and ensure that all required permissions are <br />obtained and documented. <br />
