Doc stated the Planning staff <br />and the Permit Technicians will be attending from CDS. Doc stated he sent out notices to the City Councils, the Planning <br />Commission, and other entities. There was discussion on what the course will entail. <br />Board Direction: None. <br />Update CDS on plans, conmlissions, and other items: <br />Doc requested that the Board update Community Development Services on any plans, commissions, or policies that are up <br />and coming so that those can be incorporated into the Comprehensive Plan update. Commissioner Jewell updated staff on a <br />couple of projects that are going to be coming up. <br />Board Direction: None. <br />Voluntary Stewardship Pro awn contract amendment: <br />Angela stated the Conservation Commission sent a contract regarding an amendment on the timeline and an adjustment in the <br />price.
