Mike stated Suncadia plans to <br />have over 50 new home starts in 2017. Mike stated that CDS is fully staffed and will be able to handle this. <br />Board Direction: None. <br />Tvler Technolouv Eden Maintenance Invoice: <br />Dan stated when CDS met with the Board regarding the 2017 budget the maintenance fee for Eden was included. Dan stated <br />he was unsure whether other departments budgeted for the maintenance fee. Dan stated the cost is divided evenly between <br />CDS, Public Works, and Public Health; about $4500 per department. Commissioner O'Brien questioned why the <br />implementation of SmartGOV was delayed.
