<br />01/03/2017 MINUTES 4 <br /> <br /> <br />AGREEMENT WA STATE MILITARY DEPARTMENT SHERIFF <br /> <br />Acknowledge Grant Agreement No. E17-156 between the Washington State <br />Military Department and Kittitas County in the amount of $24,265.00 for <br />part of the ongoing Homeland Security Grant managed through the Region 7 <br />Interlocal Agreement from June 1, 2016 through August 31, 2017. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2017-005 PETROLEUM & LUBRICANT PRODUCTS PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />Approve Resolution No. 2017-005, Awarding a Bid to Furnish Petroleum and <br />Lubricant Products for 2017 and to authorize the Public Works Director <br />to sign contract documents. <br /> <br />AUTHORIZATION FORM WA STATE MILITARY DEPARTMENT SHERIFF <br /> <br />Approve a Signature Authorization Form with the Washington State <br />Military Department, for the FEMA Hazard Mitigation Planning Grant, <br />Contract Number HMP #E17-062. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2017-006 TAXING DISTRICT LEVIES COMMISSIONER <br /> <br />Approve Resolution No. 2017-006, Certifying to the County Assessor the <br />Respective Amounts of Taxes Levied for Each Taxing District, and the <br />Certification of District Tax Levies to the Assessor. <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS <br /> <br />SET PUBLIC HEARING WEBB CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT CDS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to Set a Public Hearing to consider the SEPA <br />Appeal and Administrative Decision for the Webb Conditional Use Permit <br />(CU-16-00001), to be held on Tuesday January 17, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in <br />the Commissioners Auditorium, Room 109, Kittitas County Courthouse 205 <br />West 5th Avenue Ellensburg, WA and to authorize the Clerk to publish said <br />notice. Commissioner O’Brien seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />CITIZEN COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS <br /> <br />Janice Jump expressed concerns relating to the closure of the Shady <br />Acres mobile home park and how the taxpayers are having to continue <br />paying to take care of the property when the residents should only be <br />given 12 months to vacate the premises, as outlined in statute.
