2016-12-05 MINUTES 2 <br />At 11:35 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No <br />action was taken. <br /> <br />At 11:35 a.m. Chairman O’Brien announced the Board would recess <br />back into Executive Session with Neil Caulkins, Deputy <br />Prosecutor, for 5 minutes to discuss with legal counsel <br />representing the agency on matters relating to agency <br />enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel <br />representing the agency litigation or potential litigation to <br />which the agency, the governing body, or a member acting in an <br />official capacity is, or is likely to become, a party, when <br />public knowledge regarding the discussion is likely to result in <br />an adverse legal or financial consequence to the agency. <br />Possible action following the Executive Session. <br /> <br />At 11:40 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No <br />action was taken. <br /> <br />Commissioner Jewell moved to approve a Rental Agreement for <br />residents of Shady Acres and to instruct Staff to notify the <br />Homeowners Association. Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. <br /> <br />Commissioner Jewell explained the proposed Agreement had been <br />discussed between the County’s legal counsel and other party and <br />the Board has the final version in front of them. Motion carried <br />3-0. <br /> <br />Commissioner Jewell explained how the Board had previously <br />discussed a request from a tenant in Unit #59 during their <br />Office Administration Meeting early in the day.
