In the event <br />that the existing water system should fail and extensive <br />repairs should become necessary or it should become necessary <br />to install a new water system, the parties agree that any <br />continued use of water by CWU would be subject to a negotiated <br />agreement at that time. The installation of any new utilities <br />as determined by CWU, other than water, shall be the <br />responsibility of CWU. Should the University decide to not <br />participate in any water improvements or repair, the County <br />will have no obligation to deliver water to the University <br />site. No new utilities shall be installed without the prior <br />written approval of the County. <br />ASSIGNMENT: CWU shall not assign nor sublet this lease nor <br />any portion thereof nor any fixtures, except as may be <br />directly related to the Flight Technology or other approved <br />educational program, without first having obtained the written <br />consent of the County therefor.
