VSW19-10152 TO PAPE' <br />MACHINERY, INC.: Mark Cook presented a Resolution for Board approval to <br />surplus Equipment No. 423 — 2002 Sakai SW800 Roller to <br />Pape' Machinery. The roller was placed on the website for <br />outside bidding and no bids were received. Pape' <br />Machinery submitted a bid for purchase. <br />Board Direction: <br />Commissioner Jewell made a motion to approve <br />Resolution No. 2016-125 to authorize the Sale of <br />Equipment Rental and Revolving Fund Equipment No. <br />423 — 2002 Sakai SW800 Roller, Serial No. VSW19- <br />10152 to Pape' Machinery. Commissioner Osiadacz <br />seconded the motion. No discussion was held. <br />Resolution No. 2016-125 was approved. <br />REQUEST TO APPROVE A <br />RESOLUTION TO RATIFY THE <br />CHAIR'S SIGNATURE ON FEMA <br />COMMUNITY RATING SYSTEM <br />REPORTING DOCUMENTS: <br />Mark Cook reported that Kittitas County participates in the <br />Community Rating System with FEMA to lower flood <br />insurance rates for residents located within flood zones. <br />Annually, the department is required to submit a report to <br />FEMA for review. Due to time constraints the Chair of the <br />BOCC signed the reporting documents and staff is now <br />requesting to ratify Commissioner O'Brien's signature. <br />411 N.
