University
Way Ellensburg, WA.

Ann Shaw, Accolade Property Management reviewed what they have done
so far, as well as a list of Work Orders they have compiled from the
residents at Shady Acres Mobile Home Park located at 1200 E.
University Way Ellensburg, WA.

Commissioner Jewell stated that some of the delay is due to the
County’s attempts at holding a meeting with NWJP, Shady Acres
residents and other key players. He stated that they have scheduled
a few meetings and have had to cancel them due to conflicts. He
stated that once the meeting is held (which the next proposed date
is in December), they hope to get additional information out to the
residents.

He stated that he has attended site visits with Accolade to meet
with electricians and carpenters to get input on the Work Orders
they currently have. He indicated that they are expecting a proposal
from the electrician. He stated that they have found out that the
County pays the water and sewer; while the residents pay their own
garbage.

There was discussion on bringing in a large dumpster for a
“community” clean up weekend and how it would be beneficial.

The Board unanimously supported that any health and safety concerns
were top priority for repairs.

The following Work Orders were approved and Accolade was authorized
to begin work or inspections (see attached list): WO#7744-1;
WO#7768-1; WO#7877-1-Inspect; WO#7878-1; WO#7879-1-Done; WO#7880-1;
