KITTITAS COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />October 24, 2016 <br />Request to Approve a Resolution for the 2016 <br />Distressed County Sales and Use Tax <br />Infrastructure Improvement Program <br />Agreement with the Ellensburg Business <br />Development Authority <br />BACKGROUND: Kittitas County Conference of Governments <br />(COG) met on August 17, 2016 to consider the <br />funding of seven (7) applications. COG agreed <br />to award $63,685 to the Ellensburg Business <br />Development Authority for Roof Repairs. This <br />Agreement is the final step in the award <br />process. <br />INTERACTION: Public Works; Ellensburg Business <br />Development Authority <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve & Sign the Resolution and the 2016 <br />Distressed County Sales and Use Tax <br />Infrastructure Improvement Program <br />Agreement. <br />HANDLING: Return two (1) original to Public Works <br />ATTACHMENTS: Resolution, 2016 Distressed County Sales and <br />Use Tax Infrastructure Improvement Program <br />Agreement <br />LEAD STAFF: Mark Cook <br />Director of Public Works <br />
