The County supports this sublease proposal. We further understand that <br />CWU desires a signal from the Countythat it will look favorably at leasing the main hangar to CWU <br />once MA vacates the facility. The County does intend to make a lease available to CWU once MA <br />vacates the main hangar. The initial lease will be for a period of five (5) years and is subject to <br />market rate lease rate effective October 1, 2017. <br />We are pleased that MA and CWU are working together creating additional opportunities for the <br />University's Aviation Program.
