5. It is understood and agreed between the parties that this contract cannot be <br />assigned, transferred, or any portion subcontracted thereunder by the <br />County without prior written permission of the City. <br />b. Any legal dispute concerning this agreement shall be governed by the laws <br />of the State of Washington and any action to enforce this agreement shall <br />be brought in Kittitas County, Washington. <br />7. If the County is required to utilize legal counsel to enforce this agreement, <br />in any fashion, and the County is successful in its action, the County shall <br />be entitled to reasonable attorneys' fees. <br />g. This agreement shall be effective upon approval by both parties hereto and <br />shall be of indefinite duration.
