Final leverage dollars or units will be entered, as applicable, within the Manage Data Development task in <br />the MIP workflow. Leverage data shall be an estimate of available leverage data at the time the MAS is <br />prepared and shall be further defined in the Discovery Report and throughout the project. <br />SECTION 5—STANDARDS <br />The standards relevant to this MAS are presented in FIMA Policy 204-078-1 Standards for Flood Risk <br />Analysis and Mapping, Revision 5, dated May 31, 2016, located at hu://www.fema.gov/media- <br />library/assets/documents/35313. This Policy supersedes all previous standards included in the Guidelines <br />and Specifications for Flood Hazard Mapping Partners, including all related appendices and Procedure <br />Memorandums (PMs). Additional information and links to FEMA Technical References, Procedure <br />Manuals, guidance documents, templates and other resources may be accessed and downloaded at <br />http://www. fema. gov/gu idelines-and-standard s -flood -risk -analysis -and -mapping, <br />To facilitate the use of standards and related documents, users can access the FEMA Guidelines and <br />Standards Master Index Iocated here: hq://www.fema.gov/media-library/assets/documents/94095. This <br />index provides a cross-reference of documentation available for Flood Risk Projects, Letters of Map <br />Change and related Risk MAP activities. The cross-referenced relationships are organized and accessible <br />through linkages for standards, guidance, technical references and templates. The master index is updated <br />in coordination with the FIMA Policy Memo noted above. <br />CTPs and their sub-awardees must comply with FEMA's Federal Regulation 44 CFR, specifically parts <br />65, 66 and 67, the Document Control Procedures Manual (available here: http://www.fema.gov/media- <br />librW/assets/documents/6859), and the appropriate year CTP Notice of Funding Opportunity and <br />Agreement Articles. CTPs shall also coordinate with their Regional office to determine additional <br />standards that should be met. <br />SECTION 6— SCHEDULE <br />The activities documented in this MAS shall be completed in accordance with Table 6.1 Project Activities <br />Schedule, which should drive the schedule within the MIP. If changes to this schedule are required, the <br />CTP shall coordinate with FEMA and the PMT in a timely manner. <In the table below, list the <br />responsible partners (e.g., CTP, CTP Contractor, CTP and CTP contractor, PTS), as well as the baseline <br />start and end dates for each Project Task included in this MAS. Delete Project Tasks which are not <br />scoped in this MAS.> <When including multiple projects/project areas, prepare a table for each <br />project,project area.
