The activities to be <br />performed are summarized below. <br />Standards: All Preliminary Distribution work shall be performed in accordance with the standards <br />specified in Section 5 – Standards. <br />Deliverables: The CTP shall make the following products available to FEMA by uploading the digital <br />data to the MIP or by distributing the deliverables as noted, in accordance with the schedule outlined in <br />Section 6 – Schedule. <br />• Preliminary transmittal letters shall be prepared and transmitted. <br />• A preliminary copy of the FIRM and FIS report, including all updated data tables and Flood <br />Profiles shall be mailed to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and floodplain administrator of <br />each affected community, all other Project Team members, the State NFIP Coordinator, the <br />FEMA Regional Office, and others as directed by FEMA. <br />• Preliminary SOMAs, prepared in accordance with FEMA requirements, shall be provided as <br />appropriate. <br />N <br />• <Optional bullet; remove depending on Region> A self -certification document outlining the <br />funded scope and comments per Region discretion. <br />SECTION 2—Technical and Administrative Support Data Submittal <br />The Project Team members for this Flood Risk Project that have responsibilities for activities included in <br />this MAS shall comply with the data submittal requirements summarized below. and in appropriate <br />guidance. <br />All supporting documentation for the activities in this MAS shall be submitted according to FEMA <br />standards and requirements, and will include a FEDD folder. Submittals must be made to the appropriate <br />PTS for a review of required materials. The CTP will respond to requests from FEMA or its contractors <br />for additional information and ensure that all required documents are included in the TSDN. <br />If any issues arise that could affect the completion of an activity within the proposed scope or budget, the <br />CTP shall complete and submit to FEMA a Special Problem Report (SPR) as soon as possible after the <br />issue is identified. The SPR describes the issue and proposes possible resolutions.
