Angela asked that the Board let her know <br />if they have any input or ideas for advisory groups. Commissioner Jewell asked if there has been discussion on impact fees. <br />Angela stated it has been brought up with COG and the City of Ellensburg for interlocal agreement. Angela stated the CWPP <br />has many references to impact fees. <br />There was discussion on the other topics on the list including mineral resource lands, urban growth boundaries, and parking. <br />Board Direction: None. <br />Input on Draft Vision Statement. <br />Angela stated she pulled the draft vision statement and that the Goals and Policies will be more specific. Angela stated she is <br />presenting this to the Planning Commission. Commissioner Osiadacz asked if Angela would like edits for punctuation and <br />grammar. Angela stated yes, please send the edits. <br />Board Direction: None. <br />Update on Citizen -initiated Amendment Requests: <br />Angela stated the County received two: Housing and Solar Farms.
