Angela stated she will <br />have a status report on July 8`h to discuss the settlement options with the Board. Angela stated the revision to the Shoreline <br />Master Program were sent on May 18`h and that she asked for clarification. <br />Board Direction: None. <br />Code Publishing Prospect: <br />Doc stated he sent out information to the Board and explained the process. Commissioner Jewell asked why the County <br />would hire out and what the cost would be. Doc stated the County Information Technology department has not filled a <br />position to help out with all of the updates that are occurring and the initial startup cost is $890 with a $40 monthly fee after <br />that. <br />There was discussion on Its time for updates and how CDS has a lot of updates to do. <br />Jim stated he sees some benefits for this as it frees up IT's time, has some good options within the application, and that this <br />would go to a "code editor." <br />Board Direction: None. <br />Discussion of PUD Process: <br />Doc stated there is no formal hearing for PUD approval and that it goes to the Director and then the Board of County <br />Commissioners. Doc stated the County usually has a hearing because a plat is associated with a PUD. <br />There was discussion of historical and active PUDs, the process in the past, and how to move forward now. <br />Board Direction: Write up a process that the County can follow. <br />Boards and Committees Discussion: <br />Angela stated the County sent out a press release asking for volunteers. Commissioner Jewell stated the Board just pulled all <br />boards with vacancies.
