KFMTAS COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />May 23, 2016 <br />Request to Sign and Approve a Resolution to <br />Authorize the Public Works Director to Sign a <br />Professional Services Agreement with Jacobs <br />Engineering Group, Inc. for the Via Kachess <br />Culvert Replacement Project. <br />BACKGROUND: The Department of Public Works is requesting <br />to enter into a Professional Services Agreement <br />with Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc. in an <br />amount to not exceed $5,000.00 for <br />Constructability Services during the Design <br />Phase for the Via Kachess Culvert Replacement <br />Project. <br />INTERACTION: Public Works <br />RECOMMENDATION: Motion to approve the Resolution to Authorize <br />the Public Works Director to Sign the <br />Professional Services Agreement with Jacobs <br />Engineering Group, Inc. <br />HANDLING: Return a copy of the Resolution to Public <br />Warks. <br />ATTACHMENTS: Resolution <br />Draft Professional Services Agreement <br />LEAD STAFF: Mark Cook <br />Director <br />
