Ruby St. Suite 2 <br />Ellensburg, WA 98926 1A`; <br />June 3, 2013 DEFT OF PUBUI <br />Tax Parcel 18-18-27069-0001 <br />Location: 2110 West Clearview Drive Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br />To whom it may concern: <br />I would like to propose the following to the appropriate officials of Kittitas County for <br />consideration. <br />We purchased the property and home at the address above in 2006, parcel 069-0001. There is an <br />additional small strip of property due west of our property, parcel 069-0057. This parcel lies <br />between our property and the entrance to Currier Creek Estates; off Old Highway Ten (see <br />enclosure). This property was originally owned by the previous developer. Since that time, the <br />title has been returned to Kittitas County. For the past several years, we have been maintaining <br />this land by way of watering, mowing, and weeding (see photograph). <br />Our proposal is for Kittitas County to grant us title to parcel 069-0057 as compensation for our <br />efforts in maintaining said parcel these past few years.
