This Scope of Work amends the existing approved Scope and Tasks by date extension, additional tasks, <br />and additional budget. The level of effort is for the facilitation and support of an agreement between <br />Kittitas County (County) and the WSDOT (State). <br />Task 01- Project Management - This task includes project controls <br />Task 02 • Meeting Management - Facilitate meetings, agendas, minutes, conference calls <br />Task 03 - Agreement Coordination - Coordinate & define key agreement items between the <br />County/State. <br />Task 04 - Trade Value/Benefit: Cost Analysis - Coordinate with the County on benefit:cost and trade value <br />of floodplain projects, water rights, existing real estate and/or real estate improvements. <br />Task 05 - Draft MOA - Collaborate with the County to provide information and technical writing services <br />as the owners representative (County) on the development of an Inter -agency MOA. <br />Task 06 — Management Reserve <br />This amendment is anticipated to remain active until December 31, 2016 (16 months), extending the <br />defined service from December 31, 2015. This budget is for time, expenses, and materials to support <br />the County for at least three months assistance estimated at $15,660.00. Exceeding this amount will <br />only occur if Jacobs is requested to prepare an amendment and upon a Notice to Proceed [NTP) from <br />County. <br />Assumptions: <br />• Coordination with the City of Ellensburg will be the primary responsibility of County and/or State. <br />• Jacobs is not responsible for the design of any flood prevention structures. <br />• Jacobs responsibility for the drafting of any Memorandum of Agreement is for the purpose of a <br />starting point and is expected to be completed by the County, State, and their legal staff. <br />Travel time will be up to 2 hours each way for each meeting (estimate is for 2-3 meetings) <br />* Meeting duration will be up to 2 hours for each meeting <br />• A management reserve of 10 hours has been added to this task to be completed at the discretion of <br />the County. <br />• Project Management is estimated at 1 hour per month. <br />• This scope has a December 31, 2016 completion date, however, this estimate reflects intermittent <br />work that will need to be supplemented if additional work is needed in support of the County and State <br />negotiations. <br />
