<br />08/02/2016 MINUTES 6 <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2016-103 LODGE CREEK CULVERT PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />Approve Resolution No. 2016-103, Awarding a Contract for the Lodge Creek <br />Culvert Replacement Project along Via Kachess Road, in the amount of <br />$740,070.03, and to authorize the Public Works Director to sign Contract <br />documents. <br /> <br />SET PUBLIC HEARING SPEED LIMIT – NELSON SIDING ROAD PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />Approve Setting a Public Hearing to consider a potential Speed Limit <br />Reduction on Nelson Siding Road, to be held on Tuesday August 16, 2016 <br />at 2:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Auditorium, Room 109, Kittitas County <br />Courthouse 205 West 5th Ellensburg, WA and to authorize the Clerk to <br />publish said notice. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2016-104 SOUTH CENTRAL WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Approve Resolution No. 2016-104, Authorizing two Interlocal Agreements <br />with Yakima, Kittitas, Klickitat and Skamania County and the South <br />Central Workforce Development Council Establishing them as a Washington <br />Non-Profit Corporation and to Designate them as the Fiscal and <br />Administrative Agent of the South Central Consortium. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE – NONE <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS <br /> <br />LETTER PARKS & RECREATION DISTRICT #1 COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve and authorize the Board to sign a <br />letter to the Kittitas County Parks and Recreation District #1, <br />supporting the restructure and revitalization of the District. <br />Commissioner Jewell seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />SURVEY HOMELESS & AFFORDABLE HOUSING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz provided an update on a proposed survey the <br />Homeless & Affordable Housing Committee would like to send to registered <br />voter households, in both English and Spanish, to obtain input to update <br />their 10-year plan. She said the committee did not want to authorize <br />the additional funds to provide a self-addressed, stamped envelope for <br />returning the surveys, but rather provide the option of filling it out <br />online or having drop off points for them to return it. After <br />discussion by the Board Commissioner Osiadacz offered to talk to the <br />committee members and bring an update back on the August 8, 2016 9:00 <br />a.m. Office Administration Meeting. <br /> <br />
