AUGUST 2, 2016 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Obie O’Brien; Vice-Chairman Paul Jewell <br />and Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Neil Caulkins, Deputy <br />Prosecutor; Debbie Myers, Receptionist/Board Clerk; Mandy Buchholz, <br />Deputy Clerk of the Board; Jeff Watson, Staff Planner; Mark Cook, Public <br />Works Director; Lucas Huck, Engineer; Susan Grindle, HopeSource <br />Executive Director; a Certified Spanish Translator; and approximately 10 <br />members of the public. <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman O’Brien called the meeting to order. <br /> <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />Chairman O’Brien led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />INTRODUCTION OF NEW COUNTY EMPLOYEES <br /> <br />Julia Karns, Community Health Specialist, introduced Saul Fuentes as <br />their volunteer Intern. <br /> <br />AWARDS & RECOGNITIONS <br /> <br />Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board was recognized and <br />congratulated for obtaining her Certified Municipal Clerk certification <br />through the International Institute of Municipal Clerks. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Commissioner Jewell moved to approve the Agenda, as presented. <br />Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />Commissioner Jewell moved to approve the Consent Agenda, as presented. <br />Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. Motion carried 3-0.
