08/01/2016 MINUTES 2 <br />The Board requested Staff add the discussion to Admin Matters on the <br />8/2/2016 Agenda so that Commissioner Osiadacz could answer questions <br />they had about the intent of the survey. Debbie Myers, Board Clerk <br />was asked to forward the DRAFT proposed survey to the BoCC for <br />review prior to the August 2, 2016 Agenda Session. <br /> <br />REQUEST ASPECT CONSULTING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Jewell moved to authorize approval of the Contract <br />Change No.:3 for project No.:150338 with Aspect Consulting for the <br />Kittitas County Groundwater Mitigation Permit Support, noting that <br />this was for approximately 48 hours of work and a total of <br />$9,500.00. Chairman O’Brien seconded. Motion carried 2-0. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION WCLCB COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Paul Jewell explained that he had some concerns <br />regarding recent notices for Marijuana License Renewal Applications <br />in Kittitas County (Sensisolutions & Old McDonald’s Farm). Doc <br />Hansen, Planning Official/Interim CDS Director reviewed a letter he <br />is drafting and wanted the Boards input about sending it to the <br />applicants.
