07/18/2016 MINUTES 2 <br />Deputy Prosecutor Neil Caulkins explained that the County has two <br />contingencies to comply within the Purchase and Sale Agreement with <br />the Barton’s for the Shady Brook property. One was to hold a Public <br />Hearing to authorize financing and the other is to do a physical <br />inspection within in 90 days, noting that the County had already <br />done a physical inspection during the negotiations. <br /> <br />LETTER WAIVING CONTINGENCY COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to authorize Chair signature on a letter <br />to Jeff Slothower, Lathrop, Winbauer, Harrel, Slothower & Denison <br />L.L.P. (attorney to Barton’s) regarding waiver of contingencies in <br />mobile home park purchase. Chairman O’Brien seconded.
