06/07/2016 MINUTES 2 <br /> <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING PALOMINO FIELDS SUBDIVISION CDS <br /> <br />At 2:17 p.m. CHAIRMAN O’BRIEN opened a Public Hearing continued from <br />May 17, 2016 to consider a proposal to create a Development <br />Agreement to allow the approved Palomino Fields Subdivision to be <br />completed in phases. He noted the record was closed. <br /> <br />DOC HANSEN, PLANNING OFFICIAL/INTERIM PLANNING DIRECTOR, reviewed <br />the proposed Development Agreement and Resolution and said the <br />document had been reviewed by the Prosecutors office. COMMISSIONER <br />JEWELL reviewed a couple of scrivener’s errors within documents and <br />Staff was instructed to make those corrections. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2016-073 PALOMINO FIELDS SUBDIVISION CDS <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER JEWELL moved to approve Resolution No. 2016-073, <br />Palomino Fields Phasing of Final Plat and Development Agreement, as <br />amended. COMMISSIONER OSIADACZ seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING COUNTYWIDE PLANNING POLICIES CDS <br /> <br />At 2:24 p.m. CHAIRMAN O’BRIEN opened a Public Hearing continued from <br />April 19, 2016 to consider Amendments to the Countywide Planning <br />Policies as adopted and recommended by the Kittitas County <br />Conference of Governments. He noted the record was closed. <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER JEWELL noted the documents were not available online <br />for their review and suggested continuing it to another date. <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER JEWELL moved to continue the Public Hearing to Tuesday <br />June 14, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Auditorium, Room <br />109, Kittitas County Courthouse 205 West 5th Avenue Ellensburg, WA <br />noting the record was closed. COMMISSIONER OSIADACZ seconded.
