5/16/2016 MINUTES 2 <br />Commissioner Jewell moved to authorize Board signature on a thank <br />you letter to Leslie Walker, Planning Commission Member, thanking <br />her for her service. Chairman O’Brien seconded. Motion carried 2-0. <br /> <br />PROJECT FLAGS AROUND ELLENSBURG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Jewell moved to authorize renewal of the “Flags Around <br />Ellensburg” project through the Boy Scouts of America. Commissioner <br />O’Brien seconded.
