Motion carried 2-0. (Commissioner <br />Osiadacz abstained). <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2016-053 SHADY ACRES MOBILE HOME PARK COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Jewell moved to approve Resolution No. 2016-053, <br />Authorizing Execution of Real Estate Purchase and Sale Agreement for <br />Shady Acres Mobile Home Park. Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. Motion <br />carried 3-0. <br /> <br />CLAIM FOR DAMAGES GREG LUTOVSKY PROSECUTOR <br /> <br />Commissioner Jewell recused himself from voting on the issue and left <br />the meeting. <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve a Claim for Damages filed with <br />the Kittitas County Auditor on March 4, 2016, by Greg Lutovsky, in the <br />amount of $8,191.58, conditioned upon receipt of Release of All Claims. <br />Chairman O’Brien seconded.
