<br />03/15/2016 MINUTES 4 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ORDINANCE 2016-006 SHORELINE MASTER PROGRAM CDS <br /> <br />Approve Ordinance No. 2016-006, Relating to the Kittitas County <br />Shoreline Master Program, and Amending the Kittitas County Comprehensive <br />Plan. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE – NONE <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS <br /> <br />SET PUBLIC HEARING PERMIT FEES FIRE MARSHAL <br /> <br />Commissioner Jewell moved to approve Setting a Public Hearing to <br />consider Updating the Permit Fees for the Kittitas County Fire Marshal’s <br />office, to be held on Tuesday April 5, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in the <br />Commissioners Auditorium, Room 109, Kittitas County Courthouse 205 W. 5th <br />Avenue Ellensburg, WA and to authorize the Clerk to publish said notice. <br />Commissioner Berndt seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />SET PUBLIC HEARING AMEND TITLE 20 FIRE MARSHAL <br /> <br />Commissioner Jewell moved to approve Setting a Public Hearing to <br />consider Modifying Title 20 of the Kittitas County Code to bring it up <br />to date and into Compliance with Title 12 of the Kittitas County Code, <br />to be held on Tuesday April 5, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in the Commissioners <br />Auditorium, Room 109, Kittitas County Courthouse 205 W. 5th Avenue <br />Ellensburg, WA and to authorize the Clerk to publish said notice. <br />Commissioner Berndt seconded.
