3/07/2016 MINUTES 2 <br />Commissioner Jewell moved to authorize Chairman Signature on a <br />Contract Change Order #2 with Aspect Consulting in the amount of <br />$11,300.00, noting the original Contract was signed on 11-6-2015. <br />Commissioner Berndt seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />CONTRACT ADDENDUM TERRA DESIGN GROUP COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Jewell moved to authorize Doc Hansen, Planning <br />Official/Interim CDS Director’s signature on the 3rd Contract <br />Addendum with Terra Design Group for an extension of the services <br />provided by Terra Design Group, Inc., for work on the Upper County <br />Yellow areas not to exceed $60,000.00. Commissioner Berndt seconded <br />and questioned where it would be paid from. Commissioner Jewell <br />indicated that it would be paid out of the General Fund.
