FEBRUARY 17, 2016 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Obie O’Brien; Vice-Chairman Paul Jewell <br />& Commissioner Gary Berndt. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board; Neil Caulkins, <br />Deputy Prosecutor; Peter Dykstra (by phone), Special Deputy Prosecutor <br />and Bill Clarke (by phone), Special Deputy Prosecutor; Robin Read, <br />Public Health Administrator; Judy Pless, Budget & Finance Director & <br />Jerry Pettit, Auditor. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 11:04 a.m. Chairman O’Brien announced the Board would recess into <br />Executive Session for 30 minutes to consider the selection of a site <br />or the acquisition of real estate by lease or purchase when public <br />knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a likelihood of <br />increased price. Potential action was anticipated. <br /> <br />At 11:34 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No <br />action was taken. <br /> <br />At 11:34 a.m. the Chairman O’Brien announced the Board would recess <br />back into Executive Session for 15 minutes to consider the selection <br />of a site or the acquisition of real estate by lease or purchase <br />when public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a <br />likelihood of increased price. Potential action was anticipated. <br /> <br />At 11:49 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No <br />action was taken. <br /> <br />At 11:49 a.m. the Chairman O’Brien announced the Board would recess <br />back into Executive Session for 15 minutes to consider the selection <br />of a site or the acquisition of real estate by lease or purchase <br />when public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a <br />likelihood of increased price. Potential action was anticipated. <br /> <br />At 12:04 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No <br />action was taken. <br /> <br />At 12:04 p.m. the Chairman O’Brien announced the Board would recess <br />back into Executive Session for 5 minutes to consider the selection <br />of a site or the acquisition of real estate by lease or purchase <br />when public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a <br />likelihood of increased price.
