OF TRANSPORTATION PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />Approve Resolution No. 2016-009, Authorizing an Interlocal Agreement <br />between the Washington State Department of Transportation and Kittitas <br />County, for the Design and Construction of a Park and Ride Lot on I-90. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2016-010 GRANT AGREEMENT – PARK & RIDE PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />Approve Resolution No. 2016-010, for the State Capital Construction <br />Grant Agreement (GCB 2300) between the Washington State Department of <br />Transportation and Kittitas County, in the amount of $279,000.00 for <br />Design and Construction of a Park and Ride Lot on I-90 at Exit 78. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2016-011 CHANGE ORDER #11-TEANAWAY PROJECT PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />Approve Resolution No. 2016-011, Change Order #11 for the Teanaway <br />Paving Project, in the amount of $113,172.43. <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2016-001 VOLUNTARY STEWARDSHIP PROGRAM CDS <br /> <br />Commissioner Jewell moved to approve Resolution No. 2016-001, <br />Designating the Kittitas County Conservation District as the Lead Entity <br />of the Voluntary Stewardship Program. Commissioner Berndt seconded. <br />Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />REQUEST TO SIGN A LETTER IN RESPONSE TO DEPARTMENT OF ECOLOGY’S <br />CONDITIONAL SMP APPROVAL – ITEM REMOVED FROM THE AGENDA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2016-002 CHANGE ORDER #5 TEANAWAY PROJECT PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />Commissioner Jewell moved to approve Resolution No. 2016-002, Change <br />Order #5 for the Teanaway Paving Project, in the amount of $133,228.32.
