Further, the <br />Parties agree that em* shall be solely mgmWble for payment of its own attorneys, fes, <br />witness fees, acrd costs. <br />S. RIGS' OF ENTRY( <br />8.1 The LOCAL AGENCY hereby greats to WSDOT and its employees a right of <br />entry upon ea land in which the LOCAL AGENCY has interest, within or adjacent to the <br />right of way of the highway, street, and/or bridge for the purpose of accomplis'hnng the <br />work described in each executed Task Assigm neat. Such right of entry shall commence <br />upon aecuutian of a specific Task Assignment and shall continue until termir ation of that <br />same Task Assigrmaent. <br />9. A ITS AND RECORDS <br />9.1 All records which sWport of all costs incurred tinder all wAouted Task <br />Assignments shall be maim by WSDOT for a period of six (6) years.
