No allowance is made for weather in the attached he. Our general policy is to inspect in difficult <br />weather conditions but not engage in conditions or situations resulting from the weather that the <br />Team Leader feels are clearly unsafe. If such situations arise the inspection will be rescheduled <br />for as -soon -as passible. Additional costs resulting from weather delays will be issued to the <br />County prior to any changes of the current schedule or budget, for approval. <br />4. KPFF Bridge Inspector will prepare, sign, and upload reports to the WSBIS Bridge Inspection <br />Database. <br />5. Upon completion of all bridge inspections, KPFF will compile a list of all repairs for the 2019 <br />County bridges (including short spans). Ibis list will be in Microsoft Excel format. <br />d. KPFF will compile information from bridge inspections for the County annual bridge report. This <br />only includes NB reportable structures (short spans not included). Does not include bridges <br />owned by City of Ellensburg, Cle Elum or Town of Kitttias. <br />Assumptions: <br />• The County will provide a co -inspector for all bridges, except for fracture critical/steel special <br />inspections listed above. The co -inspector will provide their own bridge reports. <br />• County staff will file signed inspection report in bridge folder. <br />
