The repair list will <br />include the priority of each repair and categorize the repair type to allow the County maintenance workers <br />to group similar repairs. <br />A bridge report will be prepared that summarizes the condition of the County's bridge inventory to meet <br />the requirements of WAC 136-20-060. The report will include recommendations for bridge replacement, <br />repair, and bridges with load posting. Thee report will list all structurally deficient and functionally <br />obsolete bridges. The report will also summarize the County's short span inventory. <br />The County will provide a Co -Inspector that will assist the KPFF Team Leader on all inspections. Should <br />the County provided Co -Inspector not be available for the scheduled trip, KPFF will provide a co - <br />inspector. Additional costs for the KPFF provided Co -Inspector and/or changes to the inspection schedule <br />will be Issued to the County for review and approval prior to commencement of the work. <br />Scope of Work: <br />1. The KPFF Inspector will print, and review the previous %spection Report and photo <br />documentation for each bridge prior to the inspection — the goal is to gain familiarity with the <br />bridges' general condition and any specific concerns/ repairs to check on. Determine efficient <br />inspection route between bridges. <br />2. The field inspection schedule is anticipated to be as provided below <br />February 2019: County Bridge Inspections <br />* 2 inventory & routine bridge inspections <br />• 6 under 20 ft. bridge inspections <br />• 1 trip <br />• 1 day of inspection, on site <br />• 1 KPFF inspector <br />• County provides ca -inspector <br />March 2019: City of Ellensburg and Town of Kitdtas Bridgers <br />• 8 routine bridge inspections (Ellensburg) <br />1 routine bridge inspection. (Kittitas) <br />• 1 trip <br />• 1 day of inspection, on site. <br />• County provides co -inspector <br />
