2019-04-23 MINUTES 2 <br />Information Technology: Jim said he would like to keep his <br />regularly scheduled meeting with the Board on the 4th Monday of <br />each month. <br /> <br />Human Resource Department: Lisa said she’d like to keep her <br />regular meetings with the Board on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each <br />month and would schedule Special Meetings, as needed. <br /> <br />Public Health Department: Tristen said they’d like to keep <br />their regularly scheduled Board of Health meeting on the 3rd <br />Thursday of each month, but would like to add an additional <br />meeting once a month with the Board. <br /> <br />WSU Extension: Tip said he’d like to meet with the Board every <br />other month. <br /> <br />Solid Waste/Maintenance: Patti said they’d like to keep their <br />regular meeting with the Maintenance Department and would <br />schedule other Special Meetings, if needed. The Event Center <br />will begin meeting on their own with the Board at a different <br />time. <br /> <br />Event Center: Kady said she’d like to meet once a month with <br />the Board and would schedule Special Meetings, if needed. <br /> <br /> <br />Everyone was reminded that if they are going to require Board <br />action, the item needs to be on their Agenda otherwise a <br />decision cannot be made and to plan accordingly.
