Staff was directed to send an e-mail to the Board and get <br />their feedback on facilitators and then work with the facilitator to <br />select a day for the Retreat. <br /> <br />RATIFY MEMO COUNTY BUDGET PRIORITIES COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to ratify a Memo from the Board <br />regarding the County Budget priorities to Sen. Christine Rolfes, <br />Chair, Senate Ways & Means, Sen. John Braun, Ranking Member, Senate <br />Ways & Means, Rep. Timm Ormsby, Chair, House Appropriations <br />Committee, Rep. Drew Stokesbary, Chair, House Appropriations <br />Committee, Sen. David Frockt, Capital Budget Vice-Chair, Senate Ways <br />& Means, Sen. Jim Honeyford, Capital Budget Ranking Member, Senate <br />Ways & Means,Rep. Steve Tharinger, Chair, House Capital Budget, <br />Rep. Richard DeBolt, Ranking Member, House Capital Budget, as <br />presented. Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION FACEBOOK WEEKLY POSTS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board determined for the week of April 22, 2019 they would be <br />congratulating Mike Stafford, Juvenile Court Administrator on his <br />retirement & share the USFS Open Houses in Upper County & Lower <br />County. <br /> <br />UPDATE BOCC/ DEPARTMENT HEAD REPORTS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Each Commissioner was assigned three different Department Heads to <br />meet with on a weekly basis. This was determined at a Special <br />Meeting with the Board of County Commissioners held on June 18, <br />2009. Each Commissioner reviewed discussions held with their <br />respective departments and exchanged details of those meetings. On <br />January 3, 2011 the Board determined it would be beneficial to <br />alternate Commissioners that will oversee the different Department <br />Head’s on an annual basis.
