2019-04-09 MINUTES 2 <br />Jim Brawner said when they met with the Commissioners they <br />didn’t know any of the finance information and his analysis <br />wasn’t completed until the day before their meeting. He reviewed <br />information including the Pine Terrace including the transaction <br />background; analysis of changing financing assumptions; and <br />current financing assumptions. <br /> <br />The Board agreed to table the discussion and to schedule a <br />Special Meeting for Tuesday April 16, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. in the <br />Commissioners Auditorium. <br /> <br />LETTER PINE TERRACE APARTMENTS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve and authorize the Board <br />to sign a letter to the Housing Authority of Kittitas County, <br />offering to work as a partner to assist in an effort to find a <br />resolution to ensure the Pine Terrace Apartments acquisition is <br />successful. Chairman Wright seconded.
