You must submit a budget which specifically pertains to the <br />projectlevent for which you are requesting funding and adheres to the basic budget format shown below. <br />The budget must include anticipated revenues, e4genditures, and any potential profit or loss. For projects/events which <br />are ongoing for more than one (1) year, please also submit actuals from the previous three (3) years of operations <br />(need not be consecutive) for the project/proposal if applicable. <br />For any claimed in-kind contributions valued at $500 or more and related to marketing/advertising, you must <br />submit verifying documentation which assures the contribution will be provided, For instance, if you are <br />claiming in-kind coniributions in the form of advertising match, a binding contract itemilng the matching value and <br />obligating each pa(y must be provided. <br />ATTENTION: ln an effort to allow an adequate level of flexibility for all applicanls, noi all fields in ihe budget portion are <br />required io be filled before this form is submitted. Providing all applicable data is your responsibility, failure to do <br />so will potentially jeopardize your application's chance for review <br />It not, why not? <br />We haven't applied for any funding from any of our proposed or promised 2020 <br />sponsor partners simply because the 201 9 event hasn't happened. <br />Flouever, Tree Top and Solarity Credit Union have both verbally promised to <br />support next year, and their community giving season (time to apply) is in <br />November. <br />CiderCraft and Sip Maga2nes have told us definitely they want their names <br />associated with this event, as has the NW Cider Association. <br />I have estimated, based on our verbal conversations, the approximate amount of <br />potential sponsorship from these known partners below. <br />CiderCraft and Sip in particular are excited about this new eveni and have <br />indicated "r,rrre want to help make this a landmark event", and they will bring their <br />industry contacts with them. <br />2500 character linit <br />\Arhat changes would occur if the prqiect couldn't be funded? <br />lf WindFall was to not receive any lodging tax funding, raie u,ould need io analyze <br />ttltich parts of the event to reduce. Likely NPR and Chinook Entertainment costs <br />urrculd be reduced - that uould mean smaller name bands attending. <br />Since none of the lodging tax can be used for food or drink, (wtrich is half the <br />theme of the overall event), WindFall uould probably have to choose smaller, less <br />well-known bands, hire a cheaper stage and have a lovwr quality show <br />That uould be a shame, since it appears that the initial interest from many people <br />is the attraction of the known bands.
