BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2019 -� <br />AUTHORIZING THE CHAIR'S SIGNATURE ON KPFF SUPPLEMENT NO.2 TASK <br />ORDER NO. 16 — BIG BOULDER CREEK BRIDGE REPLACEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS: Public Works selected KPFF as a structural design firm following a prescribed <br />procurement process in 2016 and said selection terminates on December 31, 2019; <br />and <br />WHEREAS: The Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners approved KPFF Task Order <br />No. 16 with Resolution 2018-160; and <br />WHEREAS: The Board of County Commissioners authorized Supplement No. 1 to KPFF Task <br />Order No. 16 with Resolution 2018-203; and <br />WHEREAS: It is now necessary to supplement KPFF Task Order No. 16 with a final amount <br />supporting an Addendum to the contract plans and specifications for the <br />replacement of Big Boulder Creek Bridge in the amount of $20,000; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the <br />best interest of the public, does hereby authorize the Chair's signature on Supplement No. 2 to <br />KPFF Task Order No. 16, Big Boulder Creek, bringing the final cost of the contract to $228,000. <br />DATED this 10th day of June, 2019, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />`0hhMI5S 0f''�.,, <br />G V� <br />: J <br />moi•' y — '��` <br />-%ler Board- Julie Kjorsvik <br />s.rN <br />�/!!!llN i1411t1� <br />El Deputy\Clerk of the Board- Mandy Buchholz <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />5�E� <br />La si z, Commissioner <br />
