This report will be used to determine the depth of overlay, impact factor and condition factor of <br />the rated members. <br />Bridge records for 89342 do not contain any design drawings, only field sketches of girders/stringers. <br />Dimensions will be confirmed In conjunction with the routine bridge inspections. Time to take field <br />measurements and documentation is included under this work Order. <br />A signed load Rating Summary sheet will be provided for each bridge along with a brief memo that will <br />Include the most recent inspection report, analysis assumptions, design drawings and calculations. <br />In addition: <br />• Load rating limited to bridge superstructure (girders/slab and crossbeam, if applicable). If <br />substructure has reduced capacity and requires rating, addidlonal fee will be required. <br />• Assume all updates to WS815 will be completed by OFF <br />• Load Rating reports and summary sheets will be uploaded to the project FTP site.
